Breakfast: Banana-Almond Muesli
Lunch: Brisket BBQ and Sausage-$7
Dinner: Leftover Pluckers
Exercise: 30 Minute Breathing/Stretching Yoga class
Feeling: Much better today. The Yoga helped relax me at the end of the day, as I was stressing out a little at the beginning of the day. Nothing too intense on the exercise front but just a little a day is what’s important. Or what I keep telling myself anyway.
