Breakfast: Banana-Almond Muesli

Lunch: Quizno’s small italian on wheat, no onions and no olives with baked lays bbq potato chips

Dinner: Saltgrass steak with dad

Exercise: None

Feeling: Ate way too much for dinner, and I haven’t been sleeping good at all this whole week. I don’t know if it’s a general lack of enthusiasm or what it is exactly, but I just haven’t slept well, and I was especially tired already today and the steak pushed me over the edge. I’ll have to work out a lot more this weekend.
